OUR FEE STRUCTURE
At MTM Planning, we use an Ongoing Financial Planning Model designed for continuous support and accountability. We charge two distinct, transparent fees:
1. INITIAL ONBOARDING FEE (ONE-TIME)
This covers the intensive work required to build your foundational financial plan and create all necessary implementation strategies.

Fee Range: $1,500 – $2,500 (one-time)
2. ONGOING FIXED ANNUAL FEE (BILLED QUARTERLY)
This fee ensures you have a dedicated partner managing your financial life. Your cost stays flat, predictable, and is never tied to your account balance.

Annual Fee: Starting at $5,000 annually*, billed in easy quarterly installments of $1,250
During your initial consultation, we'll present a fixed price proposal tailored to your household. This price includes everything…no hidden fees, no surprises.
Your fee is reviewed annually but only adjusted if the complexity of your financial situation has significant changes. Any adjustments are always discussed with you well in advance.
*Please note, this is our minimum annual fee.

WHAT IF MY SITUATION IS MORE COMPLEX?
Many clients fall within our standard fee structure. However, your fee may be adjusted upward if your situation includes:

Preparing for an IPO or other liquidity event

Planning an international move or managing cross-border finances

Navigating complex executive compensation packages

HOW NEW CLIENTS GET STARTED
When you become a client, here's what to expect:
To get started: Your initial payment covers two things:
- Your one-time onboarding fee ($1,500–$2,500)
- Your first quarter of ongoing service
This gets your comprehensive financial plan built and your first quarter of planning support underway.
After that: You'll continue with quarterly payments, giving you year-round access to your planning team and ongoing support.
Everything is clearly outlined in your proposal.
